  • "Get Rich" Department:

Step One: Open an investment account.

Step Two:  Use the investment account as a business.

Step Three: Record all transaction commission fees as 'bank fees' on the income tax professional business form.

Step Four: Any profit from the investment account is applied to the (RRSP) Registered Retirement Savings Plan and the (TFSA) Tax-Free Savings Plan.

Note: Three investment accounts might be too much to handle.  They allow a tax savings while playing the Canadian stock market. Can't comment on the U.S. equivalent.

  • How did you find out about Xanga?

I was reviewing the social network listing on the internet and liked Xanga's reference to both New York and Hong Kong as posting sites. Access to twenty million people was inspiring. I also liked the blog choices of private, protected and public internet posting. I was under the impression that everything on the internet was public. Carry on!

  • PsyOps Outline

     A NewThinker.jpg ³

PsyOps involves every commander from the top down - with intelligence and counterintelligence training.

Standing Orders -> "Exploit the adversary’s psychological weaknesses to create confusion, fear, uncertainty, and thereby lowering the opposition’s morale and the will to fight. Encourage popular discontent with the opposition’s leadership and by combining persuasion with a credible threat, degrade an adversary’s ability to conduct or sustain military operations. Also confuse, disrupt and protract the adversary’s decision-making process, undermining command and control. All military commanders are responsible for it. Each service is to develop, employ, equip and train PSYOP as a mission essential task." ¹

       * Hogan's Heroes develops around a WWII German prisoner-of-war camp behind enemy lines, called Stalog 13. The camp is an underground distribution network, controlled by American and British Axis Command right under the noses of the Gastopol. (No escape has ever occurred in this stalog behind enemy lines). They fight a non-violent war with non-lethal weaponry - unless they find themselves 'backed against a wall with no choice but use force' situation. The series ran for ten (10) seasons until the war's end after three years confinement. The safety aspect of not bombing a POW camp was their ace in the hole. The series focused on documentation of fact such as the Dickin Animal Bravery awards, Hitler conspiracies, Nazi rocket programs, atomic research, etc. up to the end of the second world war. Most Excellent portrayal of survival. ²

    * This is one of the best examples of a military psychological operation (PsyOps) available to the public.

Attributes of Prisoner of War (POW) PsyOps

    1. Establishes a 'no-fly zone'.

    2. PsyOps detrimental to the war's end.

    3. Re-enforces the Geneva Convention (WWI) outlined for prisoners of war.

    4. No successful escape policy enforced.

    5. Liason with the guard dogs, Sargeant of the Guard and camp secretary.

    6. Infiltrate, take-over and inform - using 'coach the enemy' techniques.

    7. Use of team - master of disguise artist, chef, radioman, sabateur, safe cracker, tank driver, etc.

    8. Underground network of access and escape tunnels.

    9. Hidden microphones in Commandant's office.

    10. Control of the incoming & outgoing calls.

    11. Radio contact with the underground, London & US Navy.

    12. Mission - return downed pilots, other prisoners of war and traitors of the Third Reich to safety.

    13. Establish a supply rations distribution network for the regional POW camps.

    Historical Note:

The Nazi Gastopol and SS were used to established the methodologies of Interpol and the CIA after the war's end..

  • Cross Reflections

    Theology.jpg ¹

I live in a lake community where the Anglican/Protestants let you do anything you want; unless it's against the law of the land or commandments. There are also lot of Baptists who don't allow drinking of alcohol, Catholics who don't allow suicide, divorce or sex until marriage, high-brow Existentialists studying deals with true universal situations, Jewish people adhering to Eva Braun's Kosher Cookbook and the Scientology group of organized entrepreneurs.

What is a cult anyways? Is that like a groupie-fan of a musical group or TV series? Since 1900, some twenty million (20,000,000) North Americans have joined close to one thousand (1,000) religious cults. A large number of these cults have been criminal rackets. They succeeded for varying periods because they promised health, prosperity and security for the frustrated individual. Most of the promoters have made money and many have become wealthy through substantial gifts from fanatical followers.

Of the hundreds of camp meetings that have been held in North America, the largest of these outdoor religious gatherings took place in Kentucky. The concept of a six (6) day service originated there. Throughout the duration of the event or experience, seventeen (17) ministers alternately preached for hours at a time, before an estimated thirty thousand (30,000) in attendance. On the last day, the emotional excitement became so intense that three thousand (3,0000) people fainted and five hundred (500) others 'jerked' and 'barked' until they fell unconcious from over-exertion and fatigue.

India is emerging as a major economic power. Hindus search for reincarnation. In their religion, the Hindus are the world's greatest worshipers of gods & goddesses. They have three hundred and thirty three million (330,000,000) which is equivalent to eight (8) for every one of the forty-one million (41,000,000) Hindu families. Throughout India's history, half of all human deaaths from starvation have been, and still are, among the Hindus of India. Their religion teaches them to sanctify and protect animal life. They not only allow monkeys, rats and other pests to eat and damage their crops, but they use much of their food to maintain animals in idleness. They also consider sacred their 100,000,000 head of cattle. They maintain that the methane produced from these animals do not contribute to the global warming of the planet that is machine. In the small towns of India, Hindu temples provide other services unavailable elsewhere in the community. For instance, they have facilities for bathing, and washing clothes, maintain gambling rooms and sleeping quarters, serve meals and provide entertainment by dancing girl. When it comes to sex, clothing has a strong significance.

Muslims believe in paradise, which according to their prophet Mohammad, is according to the Koran. Every Mohammedan who lives a righteous life on Earth will receive eternal rewards befitting a king when they die and go to Paradise. There, after a feast of three hundred (300) courses, they will be endowed forever with the health and vigor of a young person. Then they will be given a palace with eighty thousand (80,000) servants and seventy-two (72) gorgeous wives possessed of perpetual youth and beauty. Mmm ... sounds like a delightful place, especially if you are a man.²

  • Ponzi Swindle

    1wspreadsheet.jpg

Who and what is a business Ponzi Scheme?

    The Original:
Charles A. Ponzi was an immigrant Italian who arrived in the United States around 1899. He settled in Boston and worked at odd jobs for the next twenty years. 1919-12, he started an investment business and called it the Securities Exchange Company. Mr. Ponzi's new investment company offered to pay interest of fifty percent (50%) on any sum invested with him for ninety days. People asked how it was possible. Mr. Ponzi claimed he was making a fortune in international postal coupons, buying them in countries where their price was low, turning-around and selling them in countries where they brought higher prices. He was telling a big fat lie.

He simply met the new monetary demands on him for interest, with money from his growing capital as received. After a slow start, the daily cash flow began to grow; so fast that it became impossible to keep books or adequate records. The sixteen clerks he employed worked so rapidly that they tossed the money into wastebaskets under the counter. By public demand, Ponzi opened branch offices in four nearby states. After a very short time, Ponzi was taking in staggering sums of money every day. One day, he exceeded two million dollars. He was investigated and exposed in early August, which resulted in a four million dollar run on his institution. When he was arrested a few days later, it was learned during his operations of less than eight months, he had swindled some fifty thousand investors of about eighteen million dollars. Half of the embezzled money was never recovered.

Ponzi served two consecutive prison sentences and was deported to Italy in 1934. Soon afterwards, he obtained a position with an Italian company in Rio de Janeiro. He worked for them for five years. He returned to doing odd jobs for several years until he became disabled by sight and paralyzing poverty. He was admitted to the charity ward of a Rio hospital where he died 1949-01-15.

(The ruling of "a priori" staes that a publication over fifty years old can be called 'public domain' and brought to the public's attention again.)

Unfortunately, his mastermind plan did not as it was recently brought to the attention of the public about another Ponzi scheme using the financial markets to rob people of their stock investments. The so-called broker accepted money for stock purchasing, but never made the investment. Instead, he rubber-stamped the invoices and used new money to pay off the suckers who thought they had made smart investments. The swindle amounted to millions of dollars and involved celebrities.

So, I think, the best solution is to deal with the Canadian bank brokerage houses. Their reputation is clean of any Ponzi misconduct.

  • What is something you avoid doing because you fear the consequences?

Cold canvasing or soliciting for products / services means trespassing on property. Not knowing the door you're knocking on is another. There are a lot of kooks and deranged people out there; so be careful.

How does the telephone company feel about listing the same information from the white and yellow pages but, according to street? Business helping business is also good for the local economies.

  • Who inspires you? Why does he/she inspire you?

I guess my greatest inspiration is from reading Doc Savage novels. He is many things of intelligence - from surgeon to adventurer / crime fighter. Although the stories were based in the 1930's and are now 'open domain', the readings are full of inspiration to question and learn from experience. I have his complete book collection on a cd-rom and access it often.

  • Force Secret

    Helping Hand.jpg  ¹

The Secret of the Force – Dark Side

Oh, where would mankind be if we could conquer the force of gravity. We would be light on step, be able to leap over buildings with a single bound. Women wouldn't have to worry about the weight of their bosoms affecting their posture.

This is a revolutionary discovery of great importance! Gravitation has always been considered the most mysterious of all forces. Gravity seems to act instantaneously and continually across millions of miles of vacuum space. Gravity holds the atoms of matter together. Atoms are so infinitely small that billions of them could be crowded upon a needle point. No substance has yet been found to be so dark in meaning to gravity.

A screen will shut out light or heat or any of the other energies but no such screen exists opaque to gravity. Glass transmits light but insulates electricity in fiber optics. A sheet of steel is also dark-some to light but is transparent to electricity. No substance will act as a screen to the pull of the dark force of gravitation. The exact nature of gravitation has long been the subject of scientific debate. Various theories have been advanced, but objections exist to them all. One scientist who is a government astronomer, has advance his gravitational theory in accounting fully for all known wonder, without any objections to the contrary.

“The pull of gravity consists in a peculiar series of electromagnetic waves; longer than those of light and heat. These waves are propagated through space with the speed of light or 186,330 miles per second. This physical measurement represents a metre's length of the path traveled by light in vacuum; during a time interval of 1/299,792,458 of one second. This is the greatest speed ever obtained by nature.  These waves are omni-directional from any given mass of matter. The wave strength is proportional to the size of any given body. These waves interlace and exert a pulling action on each other. In this way the celestial bodies are pulled or drawn together by the action of these interlacing waves. The north and south magnetic poles of planet Earth are not of the same power. At the equator, the two poles of the Earth's magnetism are equal; but the magnetic poles are of unequal depth in the Earth. The north pole is 0.76 of the radius downward from Hudson's Bay. The south pole is 0.66 of the radius downward from King Georg's Land. The result is throughout the southern hemisphere, the magnetic force is considerably stronger than the northern hemisphere of our globe.”²

This theory of gravitation has yet to be justified by further experiments but, a new Canadian method for remote prospecting has evolved, capable of employing an air force and an army of geologists with direction. No more trial and error or damaging of the environment. Without disturbing a twig, leaf or drop of water, an “airborne geomagnetic survey” can penetrate the ground and pin-point the wealth underneath. Seismic prospecting, using reflected sound waves in rock, can read any geology to a depth worthy of analysis. Old mine sites that once yielding precious metal can be re-examined to determine a better resource feasibility study otherwise known as an economic study assessing whether a mineral deposit can be mined profitably, by estimating the capital and operating costs of a mine and potential revenues from production.
