Not Worth the Effort
¹In any ordinary lawsuit, the winner as well as the loser, loses out. Even the victor finds the cost of litigation higher then they expected. They pay with money, with time, with worry, with reputation, with good will, and with friendship. Litigation is an expensive experience.²
